Budget 15-20K Unlocked Phone from USA

Visiting USA for a short trip. Please suggest any mobile that I could buy for $200 to $250 range if possible with VOLTE enabled. It should be unlocked to any carrier. What should I look for? Please suggest.

Very few mobiles available with Indian Volte
All samsung flagships are out as will never have Volte , LG flagships are out again no Band 40
Most dont have LTE Band 40 the fastest Indian LTE band so ...
covering flaghsips are in 250$ you can pick up bad ESN/IMEI mobiles like S7

S7 except volte everything works . All bands are there . Single SIM + SD card though Only buy At&T or Tmobile . You can install 930U unlocked firmware on it . All carrier cap gone . Sprint and verizon dont have Band 40

Yes, but I was specially interested in knowing about bad esn, will they work in India?

yes working for Android . Have been getting them .
Might have to buy unlock codes for some 2/5/10$[DOUBLEPOST=1499517968][/DOUBLEPOST]there are S8 for $400 with no accessories which can be bought from GEB

Their is no conclusive proof of foreign androids working on Jio.

You can pick up sprint model of iPhone SE. a1723 for volte[DOUBLEPOST=1499675749][/DOUBLEPOST]I have one A1723 which is working fine. Rather better than Indian iPhone on Jio network.[DOUBLEPOST=1499676706][/DOUBLEPOST]You can get unlocked A1723 iPhone se for 250-270$
