Upgrade from 1300D

I have had a 1300D for the past two years and i find myself using it more and more over the past month. I am past the absolute beginner stage for photography & videography.

I like making videos and 1300D lacks a microphone input or articulating display. I am using a laptop to get around this but the setup is very clunky and impractical.

I am thinking about selling the 1300D and getting a used 6/700D. A microphone jack and articulating display are my two only requirements.

My budget is around 20k. What are my options and what should i look for when buying a used dslr?
 
You won't gain much unless you move to a semi pro body like 70D/80D or whatever their replacement is.

If your primary work is video, I think you are barking up the wrong tree. Go look for specialist video cameras.
