Budget 41-50k Upgrade suggestion for CAE/CAD and Photo Editing

Had got the replacement for Mouse the next day itself, could not update here. I've also bought Cooler Master Hyper 103 although may not be needed for i5 6500 but just for bling purpose. :) Yet to install it though.
So following is the complete configuration now except graphics card.
  • CPU - Intel Core i5 6500
  • Motherboard - Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7
  • RAM - Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400 MHz dual channel kit
  • SSD - Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
  • HDD - Western Digital 1TB Blue 7200 RPM
  • Monitor - LG 24MP88HM 24" IPS
  • Case - Corsair Carbide Spec 3
  • PSU - Seasonic S12II 620w
  • K/B+Mouse: Cooler Master Octane Bundle
  • Mousepad: Steelseries COD Black OPS II
  • DVD Drive: Asus DVD drive
  • CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103
Please comment if it's a balanced rig or I've overdone/underdone something.

Also suggest a matching graphics card. :)

and a matching UPS.
