Android Upgrading Kitkat on Galaxy Grand Duos - CM11(Unofficial)

My Galaxy grand duos was driving me crazy with its supper laggy interface most of the apps like camera and gallery was taking lot of time to load . I even thought about an upgrade because of this and Samsung was not providing Kitkat for this model which supposed to run well on low end hardware like grand duos so i started looking for unofficial ROMs and i came across this Cyanogenmod CM11 based on Kitkat for Grand Duos . Although my phone is under warranty and installing a custom ROM will void it i desided to give it a shot as the phone was so terrible som times it just freezes . Installation of CM11 was easy as per the instructions given on XDA and the results are very good now its very smooth and no lags at all comparing to official ROM. So far i dint encounter any problem so if you are frustrated with Grand go for the CM ROM .

Installation Procedure ( Doing this may Brick or Damage your phone and void the warranty so do it at your own risk :nailbiting:) .
