Laptops Upgrading RAM on Dell XPS L502x

I bought a Corsair 4GB DDR3 133Mhz CL9 at a local store.. Going good till now, since almost 2 years.
Go with any 133Mhz DDR3 CL9 RAM and it should be good..
EDIT: Man the RAM Prices almost doubled!! I took my RAM for 1250 a piece.. Bought two of them back then. Well in any case that Transcend model should work

I am attaching the CPU-Z Screenshots.

Is that RAM fine?

No mate. No issues with it. I picked it up locally. I am not a very big gamer with my gaming needs ending at Football manager.

Its working fine man but Corsair are a little better.

Hi,
I'm having Dell XPS L502x laptop with same RAM configuration as discussed in the below thread.

https://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/upgrading-ram-on-dell-xps-l502x.170798/

I decided to buy Corsair RAM. But i'm confused in selecting Corsair RAMs.

Corsair DDR3 4 GB Laptop DRAM (CMSO4GX3M1B1333C9/CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9) (FK link: http://goo.gl/ENRcjr, Price: 3590)

Corsair DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9) (FK Link: http://goo.gl/ti4kQk, Price: 3150)

Corsair Value Select 4GB (1 X 4GB) DDR3 1333MHz Laptop Memory (CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9) (ITDepoLink: http://goo.gl/vWFt9S, Price: 2805)

Some are having, "Value select" and some are not having "Value Select" in their products. So i'm totally confused. Can anyone tell whats the difference between these three RAMS and which one is preferrable?

Moreover, when i enquired about CorsairRAM at local shops, they were telling Corsair 1333 model (CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9) is stopped and they have 1600 model(CMSO4GX3M1A1600C11) which suits to 1333 model laptops. But i was skeptic about this suggestion.

Corsair 4GB DDR3L SODIMM Laptop Memory (CMSO4GX3M1C1600C11) (ITDepot Link: http://goo.gl/wi7kW3, Price: 2930)

Can anyone give idea about this suggestion whether to consider or not.

The ITDepot stick looks alright. Pick it up from there since it's the cheapest.
There's nothing suspicious about the pricing, since 1600 sticks are selling for 2.8~3k on all these sites. I'm guessing as your local shops said, there isn't much stock of the 1333 sticks and hence the inflated pricing.
There's no problem using a 1600 stick even if your mem system is limited to 1333, since these sticks have their SPD programmed to run flexibly at different speeds/timings.

Corsair DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9) (FK Link: http://goo.gl/ti4kQk, Price: 3150)
This is desktop RAM.

Corsair 4GB DDR3L SODIMM Laptop Memory (CMSO4GX3M1C1600C11) (ITDepot Link: http://goo.gl/wi7kW3, Price: 2930)
This is DDR3L i.e. low-voltage RAM running at 1.35V. Since yours isn't a DDR3L system, you don't need this.

@Crazy_Eddy, Thank you very much for clarifying about these RAMs. So i can have 1600 stick too as local shop keepers said.

One last question:
In below two RAMS, which one you suggest to buy (both are from ITDepot):

Corsair Value Select 4GB (1 X 4GB) DDR3 1333MHz Laptop Memory (CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9) (http://goo.gl/vWFt9S, Price: 2805)
Corsair 4GB (1 X 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz SODIMM Laptop Memory (CMSO4GX3M1A1600C11) (http://goo.gl/w1NHev, Price: 2795)

There are two differences i see in these two rams:
1) Speed (1333MHz vs 1600MHz)
2) Memory Configuration ( Dual Channel vs Single Module)

I just want to know performance wise, which one is much better?

1) Speed (1333MHz vs 1600MHz)
Will you be keeping your existing RAM stick in your laptop? If so, is it also running at 1333 like OP above? What processor does your system have?
Based on that you will know if your new stick will run at 1333 or 1600. If you want to cover all your bases you can get the 1600 stick, but you can't go wrong with either and the performance difference will not be noticeable to you, so no reason to overthink it.

2) Memory Configuration ( Dual Channel vs Single Module)
Both are single sticks. For dual channel, you need 2 sticks. That is a typo on theitdepot site.

One is 11-11-11-30 and other is 9-9-9-24.
Sticks that run at CL11 at 1600 will most likely have an SPD profile to run at 1333/CL9, so doesn't make a difference.

@Crazy_Eddy, I'm keeping my existing stick and i want to install new RAM in the unused slot. It is also running at 1333.
Anyways, I'm going to buy 1333 without any second thought. Thanks you very much for clarifying all my doubts.

@Crazy_Eddy, Though ITDepot site showing 1333 corsair RAM available, they informed it is out of stock. So now, i'm left with two options:
1) Choosing Corsair 1600MHz RAM which is available in their stock and in local shops as well or
2) Going with Transcend 1333MHz RAM if i need to match with existing bus speed in the other stick i have.

Btw, i'm having Intel 2nd Gen I5 Processor, just for your information. So can you suggest me which one will be the best option?
