Will be fine. This has a better DC-DC converter design unlike the lower capacity M12II models which are just S12II with modular connectors.

planning for a future GPU upgrade ( 1 more GTX 660) right now going for 1 GTX 660
Kinda confused with thread title - is this actually a gaming rig?
 
Sadly Autocad 2015 does not support GTX750Ti. It does not use Hardware Acceleration. So if your Autocad usage is Heavy, then I would recommend some other graphic card, basically Quadro K600 (Don't know if that supports too, being the lowest ranked Quadro, but mostly it will). OR You will have to use some older version. This will also help in 3dsMax.
