Audio Urgent requirement for 2.1 for 1.5k

As the title itself describes, need a 2.1 for general usage.

Budget: around 1.5k

Should be good looking with decent SQ :)

Recommendations needed very quickly, as I'm going to SP Road tomorrow to buy these.
 
Altec Lansing BXR 1121? Alternately see if u can get hold of the Artis S500, chances being rare. :)

Both're pretty much under 1.5k.
 
I have bought one Altec Lansing BXR1121 for a friend few months back.

SQ is decent for the price but the looks are no good.

How about M2600?
 
It's not for me, see my siggy I have MX5021 :p

It's for somebody who won't be able to differentiate SQ much, but looks definitely :)
