For now I am looking for video editing PC. Later I will add a Nvidia Pascal GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card for gaming. Is the motherboard compatible with Nvidia pascal graphics card?
I can expand my budget if necessary. So feel free to suggest.
Will I have to buy a CPU cooler fan also?
Suggest me a good monitor with 1920x 1080 resolution.

Get 2 xeon 2670 from ebay for $70 each shipped.
Get a new dual socket x79 mobo from US for $300 or in India for 35k.
Get used 8x8gb ecc ddr3 from ebay for $120 shipped.
Will have high idle power consumption so buy a 3k tab for browsing or downloading . Pascal will benefit from 16 cores, 32 threads during gaming.
Monster for video editing. With money to spare for a tablet
