hello friends i am doing a data entry work of some serials coming on TV the work i do is have to listen to the dialog and write it in English and at the same time i have to separate the dialog of respective starts in word file .

So you're writing subtitles?
That's quite hard work. There's no way of automating it. You will have to stop and start the video countless times. I suggest you download Aegisub freeware for making subtitles. You can see where the audio starts and ends looking at the audio waveform and then type out the subs by hand in the word file along with the video timestamps.
There are countless video tutorials on Aegisub on the net and YouTube too. Quite easy to learn.
