+1 & agreed with @Crazy_Eddy

(Missed all u guyz on TE for quite some time) :inpain:

To get back - with a budget of +1.1 lac you can chose some of the best components - such as

CABINET - Do not compromise on this. Be ready to spend at least 7.5 - 10K here.
A quality build (metal body) has more benefits than a cheap plastic body - better heat dissipation; will come with at least 3-4 superb fans; excellent air-flow; cable management & easy mounting of hdd's/ssd's.
Check out - Cooler Master STORM SCOUT 2 Gray With WINDOW SGC-2100-GWN2 Cabinet (choice of white/grey/black) - Rs 7900 + theitwares.com

PSU - Settle for Seasonic over any other brand
SeaSonic SS-750JS 750W 80 PLUS Certified - Rs 6000

RAM - G.Skill - best out there (check out at primeabgb.com) - go for the Ares or Aegis series as these do not have large heatsinks & think beyond 1600 MHz
- Gskill Ares F3-1866C9D-8GAB RAM ....... 4GB x 2 ........ Rs 5972
- Gskill Ares F3-2400C11D-8GAB RAM ........ 4GB x 2 ........ Rs 6053
double the price for 16GB; they also come in 8GB x 2 specs

You need not chose the K series Intel processor if you are not going to overclock. Also consider
- Intel i5-4690 - 3.5 GHz (launched Q2'14; Intel HD 4600; 4C/4T; L3/6MB; TDP/84W) ...... there is no need for a 4C/8T proc for gaming
...... this comes for only Rs 14885 - money saved here can go towards a better GPU or the other components listed here

CPU COOLER - You have to include this as Intels stock HSF is rubbish
- Noctua NH-L12 120mm & 92mm SSO Bearing PWM Fans CPU Cooler ........ Rs 4419
- Cooler Master Hyper 212X CPU cooler .......... Rs 2667 [this is the most popular & proven air cooler]

Motherboard - chose from a H97 series - Gigabyte or Asus

All the best

Terry

For the love of god people need to stop recommending a 650W PSU for the R9 290 and 290X!

Probably no reason to go for 2400Mhz, you won't notice any difference in gaming, go for 1866Mhz modules with a CAS latency of 9, no greater.
