P4 HT 2.8Ghz prescott(the one which has heating problem)

2GB 400mhz ram

ati 3850 512 agp card

dell w2208 lcd

and other normal config

Your current PSU is not good enough for this GPU. Sell it and add to the budget. This a great build for 43k.
The HD5850 is a very good GPU and coupled with a 555BE(which if u are lucky may unlock to a quad core) makes a very potent gaming rig.

i guess my old rig can get about 10k. would 10k enough to add i5?
