Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 does have 4 DIMM slots and supports upto 4*4GB - 16GB DDRIII RAM

You can also consider the HD4770 performs similar to the HD5750. It lags behind GTS250, HD4850 by 5-10% most of the times.
But it 1800-2000rs chepaer than the HD5750 with similar performance and also power consumption is similar.
Idle power consumption is higher whereas the load power consumption is lower than the HD5750.

Searching for cheapest gpu for temporary use
i will upgrade the gpu next month, so that right i will spend good on mobo

can anyone suggest some gpu

Why are you guys suggesting him ATI 5750 ?

His resolutions for usage are :

Gaming - 1280x768
Desktop - 1280x768

For this resoultion ATI 5670 would do the job just fine. Please forgive me and correct me if i am wrong
