Components Description Price (INR)
Processor Core i-5 750(2.66Ghz, 4 cores) 9950
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 6250
RAM 4*2GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz RAM 8800
HDD 500GB WD Blue 2350
GPU Sapphire 1GBDDR5 HD5750 8250
Cabinet CM Elite 310 1550
PSU/SMPS Corsair VX450 3800
Total 40950

Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 does have 4 DIMM slots and supports upto 4*4GB - 16GB DDRIII RAM

You can also consider the HD4770 performs similar to the HD5750. It lags behind GTS250, HD4850 by 5-10% most of the times.
But it 1800-2000rs chepaer than the HD5750 with similar performance and also power consumption is similar.
Idle power consumption is higher whereas the load power consumption is lower than the HD5750.

Decent deal but then it exceeds your budget. You have to up your budget or sacrifice a bit on the GPU and SMPS.
