Budget 31-40k Wanted to build a desktop For scientific algorithms

Wanted to build the desktop under budget 35k.
Looking for the
CPU,
motherboard with 4 ram slots
,RAM

The usage of the pc wiill be running scientific algorithms, analysis algorithm.Need good heavy processing ability.
