Too bad even the authorised seiko service centre folks in the city are unable to change the bezel insert. Its ridiculous that they cant even pop the bezel off the watch.

After seeing your kc Matt black I was about to buy the same watch from amazon but one of my friend stopped me and said do not buy watch from fashion brand as they tend to use cheap mechanical parts inside.
Since kc is fashion brand you should avoid it. Stick to the Seiko,Casio,Tissot etc.
Is it true ?
