What's an install sheet?

Is it just the guide telling you how to install a software and the problems you are likely to come across while doing that?
 
For me:

A sheet with checklist mentioning perquisites and all notable points to be implemented for successfully installing an enterprise class s/w.

For eg., for installing MS Exch., you need AD, domain, etc.
