Audio Which batteries do you use for Fiio E3

I recently got a Fiio E3 which is superb but is consuming too much power
A normal 1.5V battery only lasted for around 6~7 hours of music
I wanted to ask which batteries do you guys use with Fiio E3 ?
I saw this http://www.techenclave.com/general-portables/fiio-e3-eating-too-much-battery-137242.html thread where people recommended rechargeable ones
but of which brand rechargeable battery and charger would you guys recommend
or is it better to get a fiio E5 instead of these rechargeable stuff
And sorry for asking such a foolish question

I ll use E3 for some while and later on after some months upgrade to E5

@manusag the batteries are listed for 375 on mediahome

the overall SQ and volume of you S4 will surely increase with an amp

I also used to think why to waste money on amp when you can get better earphones in that money but an amp will surely boost you music experience

my s4 sound great on the blackberry i used them with, its the same on my maverick d1 ( at high volume bass is a little uncontrolled). so i can say an amp wont do any difference with S4. S4 is very efficient and not much demanding.
