This is a Thread Posted On Half of my friend. His Budget is very limited. around 30k max. Still on insisting he is ready to go for above 2 on performance based.
His requirements are simple.
1) android coding.
2) after effects cc and premium pro cc.
3) VS 2015 for DOT NET.
4) Video Conversion. (Don't know what software as i thing it will be for him to create videos for YouTube channel)
