If you want to know for sure just take it to a service center. Also make sure you get an extended warranty that laptop is expensive and I guess since you can't open the laptop risking voiding warranty you would have to clean the laptop to clear the dust every few months and only they can do it. Also check the temps laptops usually have bad thermal paste applied.
