WTB::Laptop within 35k

Hi,

I am posting this question on behalf of a friend who would like to buy a laptop with the following specifications:-

[1]Budget = Rs.30,000 - Rs.35,000 (Not stretchable by a single paisa)

[2]Brands - Any brand will do

[3]Usage - Photoshop, 3ds max, maya animation software, internet, video playback, NO GAMING.

[4]Battery life - Not a priority, laptop will be plugged into the mains

[5]Screen size - 14-15

Please suggest something that can handle the above mentioned software.

If he is gonna do animation, rendering and stuff then i think he should buy a laptop with decent Nvidia GPU...

i could do with a core i3/i first generation with a gpu. suggest something with a gpu.

The Lenovo laptops are a good choice then, since they hold the combination you are looking for, namely i3 and a nVidia GPU(GT520M)

It has Core i5 2410 + GT520 GPU... It would be better for your friend as the work that he is gonna do on his laptop requires processing power + good GPU too...
