WTB Tablet: Need advice to buy 30 pieces of Tablets with a budget of ~4K each

Hi,
A friend of mine owns music teaching classes. He wants to give his students a tablet to make the learning more interactive. His budget is Rs.4000/piece and he wants around 30 pieces.

Usage/Purpose:
Reading eBooks
Watching video tutorials
Browsing websites
only WiFi and Bluetooth needed
no calling feature required

Requirements:
Decent build
Decent service
Decent display with good outdoor visibility
Any other additional feature that may aid will be an added bonus

We're looking to buy stuff from Navi-Mumbai/Mumbai.

Guys I've shortlisted a few models, please help me pick one from these:

The bare minimum specification I'm looking for is:
1GB RAM
>3100 mAH battery
Dual-core processor if possible
decent build and decent service

The only brands that have a decent service are Lenovo and HCL. But I've no idea on the build quality that is being offered by the HCL tabs.

Tabs that meet these minimum criteria are:
Xolo Play Tab 7.0
Lenovo IdeaTab A1000

But they are available @ sub 5.6K price. Is it possible to get a better bargain for 30 pieces for these tabs ?
