Android Xiaomi Mi3 issues

I had a bad experience with Mi3, after few months realised that when the network is weak (1 or 2 bars) in my office area the phone just disconnects from network.
My friends with their Samsung and Micromax's phone had network and My phone had no network.

Assumed my phone is faulty but experienced the same issue with no network on my phone and my friends Mi3, where as another friends One Plus One had 2 bars of network.

Also the Mi3 power button has stopped working after 7 months of usage and have a bunch of people complaining on Indian Mi forum about the same issue.

Any users of Mi3? experiences?
 
Rotation bug stops the auto rotate, sometimes voice dosent work on earpiece. completely flashed miui again. work again and sometimes it doesnt.
 
The power button of my MI3 has started to give problems. It works sometimes and sometimes not.

I have installed an app named "Gravity Sensor" which turns the screen on and off based on gravity sensor and proximity sensor. It works well.
