He had all the original documents such as warranty card, user manual etc and the original box as well which made the packaging quite easy and sturdy. He ensured to pack and ship the item on the same day through DTDC (despite one of their centers being closed due to a wedding ). The package arrived in 3-4 days time which is fast considering the distance it had to travel. Shipping cost was reasonable.
