Product died within 3 days of receiving and less than half hour of using it. I notified the seller that there was a problem with the product within three hours of receiving it, and they requested me to charge it and because they had a nice rating on TE, I didn't expect a scam could be happening. They provided me a one-day testing warranty, and although it was my responsibility for not thoroughly verifying whether the device was functioning as intended or not, that doesn't really change the fact that it was already malfunctioning.
Problem: The device was functional when it was delivered, but it kept switching off while I was using it due to a defective and nearly dead battery. This happened around every 30 seconds. Charged the product but that didn't help either. And eventually it just died while I was using it.

The amazon page says its supposed to auto shut off in about 6-10 minutes. Seller refuses to accept that and says because of tapping the sensor continuously after the product was already dead is what killed the pencil.
What killed the product according to the seller
Battery didn't hold any charge so obviously the touch sensor won't work. But no, constantly tapping it will kill the sensor altogether according to the seller.
Also they claimed it was brand new and this was the condition of the box. Product box
