I ordered the Sony WH-1000XM4s from @DBot. He was very much transparent about the product condition and even arranged a video call just so he could show me how it works, live. I asked him to ship the product a little later as I was away from my home address & he complied without any hiccups. Subsequently i arranged a pickup from his place and it took around 5 days for the items to reach me. Shipping partner was Delhivery.
Did a great job of packing the product (I was genuinely frustrated while unboxing). As for the product itself, since it's 2.5 years old, the battery life must have taken a bit of beating. I'll have to test it with ANC ON/OFF. ANC and other functions of the headphones work as expected. Cosmetically the headphones were as described.
Overall it was a great deal and a positive experience. Will recommend @DBot as a seller.
