Packing info and S-switch controls info were all provided in a video before the package was delivered. Jatinwig communicated well and had no hassles during the entire process. He waited with patience until i got back and unpacked the monitor. Packing was awesome & well wrapped.
He kept checking regarding it until it was safe with in my hands.
