Buyer was extremely patient and understanding. Shipping was delayed and buyer received it late. On top of that the HDD was DOA. Although shipping risk was on the buyer in this deal, He informed me very politely and did the RMA himself and got the replacement drive. Hopefully our next deal is more hasslefree for him!
