Received the shipment very quickly. Had some issues with webcam. One half of the sensor was somehow blocked by a circular ring in front of it. Opened the screws and found a circular ring blocking the sensor which I shifted the side, reset the focus by tightening the focus lens and it worked fine afterwards.
OP confirmed that the webcam was working fine before he shipped it so it likely broke loose during shipping.
End result it worked fine so it's all good. Good deal. Thank you.
