Our deal started almost a year ago and we sure took our time! It was fantastic dealing with Kiran- a very straightforward and honest person. He tested the item thoroughly, kept me in the loop and we sorted out a charger related issue before fixing on the deal. He took the effort to travel and meet with a relative of mine to hand over the unit.
Even after the deal, he refunded a small amount for an item that was missing in the package. I didn't even think about it, and it really was not necessary, but it is a reflection of his thoughtful nature.
