English TV series discussion

Sorry wait, you think less of her acting just cause she plays "pathetic sex crazed role"? What does that even mean? Actresses that play "sex crazed roles" are "pathetic" and "totally wasted in this disgusting role" ? IMHO that's a very very narrow-minded way of thinking. Segregating her acting into roles with high sexual content and other wise. And how sex roles are "pathetic and disgusting" and not included in good acting or something that good actors should do.

Surprised nobody mentioned this before me. I thought this thread was the least of all places where i'd get to hear such a woefully wrong statement. Sigh.

He wishes charlie would come back, like his role wasn't about "Pathetic sex crazed role" lol. Great english from him btw.[DOUBLEPOST=1401686689][/DOUBLEPOST]

I started with Supernatural Season 9 E01.
The start looks good.
IMO, S09 is only the decent season worth watching after s03/02. Others sucked donkeyz bawls.

Started POI season 3. One thing i really like about this series is , the casting is near perfect. Sarah shahi(shaw) and amy acker(root) were virtually unknowns in popular tv space, but they have been brilliant in their roles. Also the supporting cast of fusco and joss and the whole HR unit is great as well. And elias is the coolest badass i have seen in a while. So calm ,so composed. Would have loved to be inducted under him if i were in the crime business.
Huh?! This might come as surprise but then - Amy Acker has been in the "popular" TV space for long before most of us even started watching shows. She has a regular on a very popular hit show called Angel.
Sarah Shahi on the other hand was on the L word and Life (a rather good but again one of the rushed finale type of series). So not sure what exactly are you referring to.
Edit: @Mr.J beat me to it :p

Another show Sarah Shahi was on is Fairly Legal. She was the only reason why I watched that show :p

Was just watching Extreme Collectors on History TV and in today's episode, it was the guy from Psych who plays the role of Shawn's dad. He had collected lots of snow globes.

Completed the final season of Psych. I'm going to miss this show. Though the quality took a hit in the latter seasons, it still managed to bring out some episodes which managed to balance it. I think I missed the musical episode in season 7 (?). Did anyone watch that? How was it?

It was good, not great. I don't remember the exact premise of that episode though. I too miss psych.
