1. Subscription Cancellations
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time through your account settings on Techenclave.com.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the month once the payment is processed.
1.2 Quarterly and Yearly Subscriptions
- Quarterly and Yearly Subscriptions can also be canceled anytime via your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- If you believe there has been an error in billing or a special circumstance, please contact us at support@techenclave.com. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Merchandise Refunds and Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility
- Merchandise purchased from the Techenclave Online Store is eligible for return if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom-made or personalized merchandise.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Merchandise that is damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
2.3 Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
3.1 Subscription Refunds
- Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in the case of:
- Duplicate subscriptions charged due to a technical issue.
- Proven billing errors.

3.2 Merchandise Refunds
- Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

- Shipping fees for merchandise are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
