  • Orders over INR 2000 may qualify for free standard shipping within India.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or the courier service first.
  • If the package is still not located, please contact us at admin@techenclave.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier service to locate the shipment. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the investigation is complete.

7. Address Changes

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be accommodated.
