Do you have any heavy electrical equipment's? Are your Ethernet line running besides heavy electrical devices?
Probably noisy electrical devices are causing the auto-negotiation to drop speeds.
Were you running the tests with cable wrapped around itself i.e. looped?
Does the router have any labeling like FE, GE?
Though not JIO fiber router, the fiber based router installed at home by the installed had my Gigabit switch connected via FE(Fast Ethernet or 100 Mbps) interface.

Delhivery used to have customer care, but it has been quite sometime since they have removed all customer care number as well as e-mail.
Their user complaints are too much and the local franchise also are overloaded.

One PCIe® 4.0 x16, low-profile, length ≤ 155mm, height ≤ 70mm
Two PCIe® 3.0 x1, low-profile, length ≤ 155mm, height ≤ 70mm
Two M.2 slots (one for WLAN, one for SSD): Specs are not clear but M.2 for NVMe might be PCIe Gen4 x4
