Preety sure there's no third party option to unlock and iCloud locked device. Only carrier lock can be unlocked afaik.

You'd be better off using a cheap dumbphone for the same price (maybe even lesser) than a battery replacement

Well there's only 2 options for plans. Either $100 per year or $10 per month. They claim it's per user but don't really seem to enforce the number of ide's that a single copilot enabled account can be logged into.
