You need to download the latest version. Then Options->Show offline list -> New Offline Map Select an area and download it (you'll need an internet connection). To open offline maps, you don't need an internet connection (in the latest version).

I didn't get the 15% off coupon either, even though I paid 5.1k using the coupon. Contacted them on customer support, and they said it will be sent in 48 hours, but it's been almost a week now.

You probably tried to use it on a "Deals of the Week" item so that's why it didn't work. It should work fine for all other item categories. I used that coupon on a mobile, but still didn't receive any 15% coupon yet. Anybody here who got that?
