yes it is for longer term. At least 2 years. I will be pursuing my higher studies and most of the students in this university use either At&T or T mobile. And I think free calls are applicable only for same network. So thought of going either with At&T or T mobile.

Thank you all. Now I am confused whether to go for xps 15 or xps 15z. i7 6gb RAM costs less than $1k for xps 15 and for xps 15z it is around 1200. My budget is $1000. Either I need to buy xps 15 with above config or I need to buy xps 15z with lower config(i5). Any suggestion here?
