i would personally go with 3060ti as nvidia has more benefiting application support and for 1080p that card atm is overkill anyway so you are good for long time. you also get access to dlss so you can use both fsr and dlss in games. not to mention you can easily play games on RT with that card...

zotac has BS policies even involving the second hand users get no warranty from them. like they just lowering their value in terms of resell-ability. their 40 series may look cool but I will never buy their cards cuz of such policies

35k is still way too low of a price you are asking for 2yr warranty card. 40K is still the average price. most miners sold their GPU to retailers which they cleaned or RMA the unit and sold it as "gaming used". you'll have to personally find a miner for such low rate.
