Many more cases, this one came up first. The ban just stops you from gifting anymore games. I'm not aware of any other restrictions rn.
Just a heads up, steam has been known to ban accounts (trading/gifting) that send out a lot of gift on the basis of commercial use and exploiting regional pricing. This is highly frowned upon even by legitimate users who regularly send out gifts.
