Agree with Diablo on the graphics card. 5 series are way too overpriced on what they offer right now. 9070XT would give lesser performance in Raytracing and nearly equal otherwise.

I faced this issue with my old monitor. But I returned it and bought a Samsung and it worked for me. Could be an issue with cheaper models? But I've used a VA panel non-curved as well and it worked well.
