    My guess is they targeted budget(hence launched only in latin america) PC users who are using older ryzen CPUs(3000 series or older?). 5950x3d would be too costly and most with that level of purchasing capacity would have moved to am5.

    But Android apps tend to support much older Android versions compared to iOS. On iOS, apps tend to stop working the moment an iOS version becomes outdated. So, in the overall picture, there is not as big a difference as it seems on paper, although there may be exceptions to this.

    Simple : Pixel 8a if you can spend 5k more. 35k with hdfc card discount. Can even go with pixel 7a at 28k. Although released two years ago, still a good phone for casual users. Android updates up to 2028. But repairs and service is not good in India.
