OP, do not skimp out on the processor mobo for a good cabinet. Cabinets can be changed easily, and you can buy a cheap cabinet with an SMPS included in the starting. If front USB 3.0 slots are really important to you, please increase your budget a little.

@ALPHA17 - put the wrong SMPS before.. Edited almost immediately. :)
