For web design I would go with a decent laptop but multiple screens are needed. Laptop should have Thunderbolt port or both hdmi and dp port to support multiple monitors. If you are not preferring any extra monitor then at least you should have 17 inch laptop.

One of my friend is using Inno3D's gpu but not RTX 3xxx series. He is using it for 2+ years now, no problems yet and anyway there are service centers in india. I would say galax and inno3d will come in same range as brand value.

In this price segment A53 is great deal If you can wait for nothing phone and it suits your style then this is also a good one according to specs

Priority wise Second (yes heavy but it will be cool so better performance) Third (if you are getting it for daily usage then nice display) First(no points)
