NVIDIA and right pricing don't go in the same sentence. The last GPU which was well priced was the 10 series and the 16 series. All the 2xxx/3xxx/4xxx were horribly priced and nvidia has become even more greedy these days. So forget decent pricing from them, especially when there is no decent...

GPU repair is really not worth it. You are better off getting another GPU instead of trying to repair it.

Buy the disc based PS5, and buy used game discs. There are plenty of website which sells used games. Once you are done with the game, just sell the game off. You will incur very low price in that manner. Another option is to rent games. Most games are available for rent too for a month or so...

Did you use a fast charger to charge the controller? Fast chargers can kill your controller. I found it out the hard way. Other than that, the batteries are seldom the issue. Most of the time its the USB connector that's faulty. I have bought from spare parts from chamunda games in the past...
