I never use the modem which they gave! The only time I use it is when i call the customer care for lodging complaints! IP address of reliance starts with 123.xxx.x.x, which on using routers turn to 192.168.x.x(IPV4). They say all the issue is due to the usage of routers and they don't entertain...

Actually, they know what they are doing;). They pretend they are unaware! So the users get a feeling that there is no use complaining about this and they refrain!! :banghead:

Not yet mate. I feel like they don't care about our issues anymore. Literally, it is better to get any job done from any Government office with ease comparing with my scenario. So, i am not recommending you to get this connection. NB: My friend living nearby Pattom took the 1Mbps Thunder...

They are cheating us. We have to find some way to stop this fraudulent behavior! Hope we can find a way to rectify this issue.

I mailed the appellate authority rcomappellateauthority.kerala@relianceada.com about the problem. Waiting for a response.This was the response from them regarding the concession of rate.

Good luck with your new connection. Personally i am fed up with the FUP unlimited plans. That is why i've switched to the Thunder 699 plan. Regretting the decision now. Previously i've been on Bsnl Combo 1350 UL.
