I think that blower is more powerful than u need, use carefully . .also some dust really sticks to ur fan blades that dont go while using blowers. I suggest first cleaning with a paint brush then using a blower

Just giving my opinion. .That wheel looks small when compared to the real huffer u posted in ur first post . .I think a thicker, wider tire which doesn't look like plastic might be better . .may be u can find one in rc hobby shop
