That pamphlet is a rip off. I got the same one, got my hopes up for nothing. When I called Airtel, they flatly refused, saying those plans are no longer available. Even calling the sales rep, whose number was on the pamphlet didn't help. He said the same thing.
Yup, since TPB went down, and changed servers, their trackers are causing problems. To get around this, just enable DHT in your torrent application. Works fine after that.

As mentioned above, avi usually contains xvid or divx codecs, they are both similar. You don't need to convert xvid to divx due to this (in most cases).

Check The IT Depot, they are the authorized online store for Logitech in India. I bought the Driving Force GT not long ago from there, compatible with PC / PS2 / PS3. Though cannot use the full 900 degrees and some buttons on PC and PS2.
