A 960ti would fit nicely between a 960 and a 970 however is there enough room between OC 960 pricing and standard 970 pricing? Im not too great with keeping track of latest prices.
I don't know what you're smoking, but the world definitely needs more of it.
The 960 is probably the most accurate entry level card as it is meant for all round gaming, as opposed to the 950 which is targetted at moba players and cafes for mobas.
The 970 is probably the most bang for buck...
Picked up Dont Starve Together (comes with an extra copy for a friend) for approx INR 300
Bloody amazing man
Steam converting to INR is the best thing ever.
All hail Lord GABEN
Hopefully AMD's new generation of cards aren't too far behind Nvidia's pascal in terms of performance and the timeframe of release. Right now Nvidia owns the majority of the market.. pretty much.
I agree AMD has a lot of catching up to do, but this is a positive sign. Plus I think they just launched their new Radeon Settings, a Geforce Experience counterpart with the promise of more regular driver updates; so it seems they are serious about getting back into the game.
So from what i gather the R9 380X falls between the 960 and 970, in terms of both price and performance.
Its better than the 2GB 960's and cheaper than the 4GB 960's
It's going to reach India mid december at 20k INR MRP, which means it should be in a very strong position given its reasonable...
I think the Extreme Gaming cards are meant for even higher/more strenuous overclocking given the emphasis on durability, cooling and build quality. So it seems Gigabyte are playing to their strengths.
Any idea if any reviews are out?
Gigabyte just added 5 new cards to their new Extreme Gaming series, which launched a while ago with their new 950.
I was wondering what the future of the series would be given that it was better than windforce but I didn't know how it would stack up against G1 Gaming cards(since there aren't...
you should be able to get it cheaper from a dealer rather than online, unless it drops seriously low during a sale. and yes, a 960 would be better suited for your machine.
Further to what he mentioned. Prices msut be set by the publisher otherwise the game will NOT be available at all in your market, now that the currency shift has come into affect.
As i said while you can go to 1440 with a 970, but it isn't ideal. 970 is the best value for money 1080p card that covers 95% of the games and my g1 gaming works fine without any OC. (not a fan of overclocking)
and yes 980ti would let you do whatever the hell you want with your game. ie Skyrim...
I personally feel most conversions are very favourable. AOE 2 HD was on sale for inr 100 :p
Also i redeemed two wallet codes on different days ans got different amounts due to the fluctuating dollar rate. might be a good investment to buy it whent he $$ is low and just redeem when its high...
