Is it a cold boot issue? Have you been able to run Mobo even once with O/C failure message? Try generic RAM. If nothing works get Mobo repaired or new mobo.

Reason for selling? Which RAM have you been using on it? Are you getting weird cold boot issues? Where did you purchase it M/B from? Do you have a DDR 2 RAM to go with it? I might be interested.
