I use the exact same UPS (BR800IN) with Corsair HX850. No Issues.

Tried re-seating the CPU & HSF today (for the third time) & the RAM got detected :D Memory is in XMP mode. Looks like this isn't a board issue. Thanks for all the replies & suggestions, guys.
