Thank you for helping me out. After weeks of trying to convince myself, I've finally paid for a dishwasher.

I know I run the risk of sounding extremely silly by asking this, but, do the dishwashers wash both sides of the plates/vessels properly - What if there are stains on the underside of the plates and vessels? (I am trying to find videos of the inner working of a dishwasher as I type this)

@sriharsha_m Thank you for your very detailed review. I am about to buy a dishwasher for my mother and I'm not able to decide between BOSCH SMS60L18IN & SMS60L12IN. You say that the only difference between the two is the colour of the body paint - but will that alone warrant a price difference...
