No, absolutely not. It depends on your refresh rate obviously but I would say that anything beyond a gtx 1080/RTX 2060 is overkill at that resolution even at 144 Hz. Now if you plan on upgrading to a higher res monitor you can consider a 3070 but you won't be able to spot a difference compared...
